Widely recognized as a woman of power and compassion, Priyanshi Nair serves as Chief of Staff in the Chairman’s Office, holding the esteemed distinction of being the Chairman’s Shadow Leader. An MBA in Marketing, a Company Secretary (CS), and a Postgraduate Diploma holder in Finance from NIIT, she brings strong academic and professional depth to her responsibilities. She plays an instrumental role in business & strategic planning, and often represents the Chairman in high-level meetings and key decision-making forums.
Known for her sharp intellect, meticulous planning, and deep understanding of business dynamics, she provides trusted counsel to senior leadership and fosters collaboration across the Group. She acts as a bridge between the Chairman and all key departments, ensuring seamless communication, alignment of vision, and flawless execution of organizational initiatives. She excels at orchestrating critical projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving complex initiatives with precision and efficiency.

Mr. Parekh is a seasoned professional in real estate project management, property acquisition, and development. An expert negotiator and budget strategist, he oversees land and property acquisitions by coordinating with the MCGM and multiple government regulatory authorities, ensuring seamless compliance and efficient project execution.
Chirag excels in project documentation, business development, and P&L management, driving the success of each assigned residential and commercial real estate project. He has played a pivotal role in delivering the Group’s landmark developments across Mumbai and Maharashtra.
Recognized as a multi-talented leader, he actively contributes to project planning, supply chain management, and SAP system implementation, providing innovative solutions and strategic support across all property development operations. A collaborative team player, Chirag ensures every project meets the highest standards, reinforcing the Group’s commitment to excellence in the Indian real estate market.
Barkha Malpani is a Growth Architect with over 16 years of experience in strategic marketing, brand building, and communications. She leads marketing initiatives at Rajhans Realty, bringing a strong foundation as an MBA in Media & Advertising and a proven track record across real estate, retail, FMCG, F&B, and entertainment sectors.
At Rajhans Realty, Barkha drives integrated marketing strategy, digital transformation, and customer engagement, architecting scalable acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-backed, insight-driven solutions.
